Our Mission: The CMPS Team is dedicated to promoting professional values and ethics in the practice of psychiatry, as well as access to the highest quality of medical care through support of education and advocacy for our profession, our patients, and their families. We strive to provide a comprehensive selection of professional services. Our services include medication management for all ages, psychotherapy to assist individuals, couples, and groups in meeting life challenges, and play therapy to encourage the unique development and emotional growth of children.
Services
We currently provide treatment by board certified Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Professional Counselors. Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants specialize in the diagnoses and treatment of a variety of mental health and psychological disorders. Our LCSW/LPCs are specially trained in individual therapy, crisis intervention, assessment and diagnosis, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dual-diagnoses work.
Appointments
Appointments are scheduled by calling the office. We accept most major insurances. If you are a new patient looking for medication management, medical records are required prior to setting up an appointment. Please call the office for more details on how to become a patient with us.

Great news! Our office is expanding! We now have a secondary location in Suite 100 of 825 Diligence Drive. If you have an appointment with Sarah Faber MSN, PMHNP-BC, Michael McLane LPC, Melissa Doyle LPC, Kathryn Persons LCSW, or Courtney Brookman LPC-R, your appointment will be held in Suite 100.
COVID-19 Notice to Patients: In an effort to maintain a healthy environment for our patients and care teams, CMPS is continuing to monitor information about the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and taking appropriate precautions. If you are experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other respiratory or flu-like symptoms, please contact the office to reschedule your appointment.
